- Turin
The Shroud of Turin is a centuries old linen cloth which bears the image of a crucified man, believed to be that of Jesus Christ. The image contains wounds that are consistant with the wounds inflicted upon Jesus Christ during the torture He endured leading up to His crucifixtion. We see the impressive Palace of the Popes in Avignon before arriving in Turin where we visit the cathedral and the adjoining Chapel of the Holy Shroud to see this most holy relic. We also see the Mole Antonelliana, the Royal Palace and on the main square, we see the Palazzo Madama.
- Javier and Zaragozza
St. Francis founded the society of Jesuits with St. Ignatius in 1537. He is the patron saint of all the missions of the Catholic Church and is credited with converting thousands to the Catholic faith. He was extremely influential in the spreading and upkeep of Catholicism mainly in India. Visit the Jesuit Castle where St Francis Xavier was born in Javier. Finally in Zaragozza we visit the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Pillar.
- Garabandal
From 1961 to 1965, Our Lady appeared to four children, Conchita, Maria Dolores, Jacinta and Maria. She spoke to them and confided secrets of future events. The main message of Garabandal was a request for mankind to return to God. During our stay, we make frequent visits to the Pines and take part in the Masses, Stations of the Cross, and other ceremonies as arranged by our Spiritual Director. A half day tour to Toribio to venerate the largest piece of the true Cross is also included. On route to Bilbao airport, we visit the shrine of the miraculous Crucifix in the village of Limpius.
